Arrow Collecting II
Once again inspired by the fine folks at The Pittsburgh Orbit, and following up on a Nov. 2017 post, I've still been "arrow (and manicule) collecting." This time, though, the symbols were found in places all across the country—and outside of it—not just exclusively in Cincinnati.

"They" Are Alive In The World
And “they” are “we,” as in: “wearealiveintheworld,” the street artists who's instagram bio states “we are no one you are everyone.”

January - March 2019
Photographs made between the end of January 2019 and the end of March 2019 that didn't have a place in a larger story or post.

The Arena
I was wrapping up photographs of the Showboat Majestic nearby, trying to get a clear shot of the boat from above. As I finished the day's assignment, I found myself walking around where the arena's plaza meets the bridge, making photographs of the ‘venue formerly known as the Riverfront Coliseum.’

October 2018 - January 2019
I used to publish a monthly collection of photographs that didn't have a place in a larger story or post. Since July 2016, that was my routine. I decided to change things up, though, and just get around to publishing random collections of frames whenever I have some time.
No pressure, no artificial deadline imposed on myself.
So here are some photographs made between October 2018 and January 2019 that didn't have a place in a larger story or post.

2018
It seems as if I find myself doing this every December: going back and forth on whether or not to create a year-end post—some sort of a recap on the stories and photos published here on QC/D over the past 365 days. I usually end up doing it and it usually begins with a sentence similar to the one you just read.

A Walk Along The Oasis Line
About a week after stumbling into an update on the abandoned Torrence Rd. Station, I found myself once again along the “Oasis Line.” This set of tracks running above and along the Ohio River from Downtown Cincinnati to points Eastward would pass as a stereotypical subway/commuter line in a city with some sort of progressive vision.

September 2018
Favorite photographs from September 2018 that didn't always have a place in a larger story or post.

August 2018
Favorite photographs made in August 2018 that didn't have a place in a larger story. Recap of posts from the month at the end.

Pizza Propaganda Pinball
While ducking out of the rain and into the warm embrace of Ann Arbor, Michigan's finest pizza conglomerate, I noticed they had a pinball machine.

Alleyway Art Gallery
Had to run an errand to Northside the other day and stumbled upon this cross-section of two alleyways filled with art. It was a nice surprise and a reminder to get over to this neighborhood more.

Quick Trip To Columbus
Spent the day in Columbus this past Saturday. Went to see dinosaurs at COSI, stayed for the Dippin' Dots. Enjoyed incredible guacamole and tacos from Cosecha Cocina. Sampled some great beer from Seventh Son Brewing. Spent the day with wonderful people.

Mephiskapheles
In a space known primarily for amazing sandwiches, I would've presumed to find a solitary guitar player setting the ambiance by playing covers in the back corner. I was very glad to find an NYC inspired restaurant catering to an NYC band.

Cincinnati Streetcar
Couple of frames made while out the other day trying to find a fresh take on photographing Cincinnati's rail system.
